Frances Palacios is president of Palacios Productions and founder of aTRUELatina.com. She is a former Univision and TeleFutura television executive and has served on numerous boards such as La Clinica de La Raza, Chicana/Latina Foundation, Center for Training and Careers and the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, just to name a few.

A passionate Latina, Ms. Palacios is bilingual and bicultural in both English and Spanish, is well traveled and has lived in the San Francisco Bay Area and Mexico City.. She is married and has three sons - all university graduates!
