Frances Palacios is president of Palacios Productions and founder of aTRUELatina.com. She is a former Univision and TeleFutura television executive and has served on numerous boards such as La Clinica de La Raza, Chicana/Latina Foundation, Center for Training and Careers and the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, just to name a few. A passionate Latina, Ms. Palacios is bilingual and bicultural in both English and Spanish, is well traveled and has lived in the San Francisco Bay Area and Mexico City.. She is married and has three sons - all university graduates!a a A firm believer in higher education, Ms. Palacios has awarded scholarships to local high school students and participated as a Puente mentor in the community college system of California for over 15 years!
